Sophie sigur is 16 and is beginning her junior year at Mount Carmel Academy where she performs, studies, and is involved heavily in her community. Along with being the first president of a new club, she is constantly finding new opportunities to express her love for the arts through school and outside of school. With Mount Carmel Academy, Sophie has participated and competed in the Louisiana State Thespian Festival, where her troop won 2nd place overall and a spot at MainStage for the International Thespian Festival, along with getting a superior rating in her personal performance. Sophie has last been seen as a Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Brother Martin High School), Jovie in Elf the Musical (Cutting Edge Theater), and a Mersister in The Little Mermaid (Cutting Edge Theater). Sophie is so thankful for the opportunity to perform again and she wants to thank Brian Fontenot and Sarah Tweedy!
