With over 400 million records sold ABBA is Sweden’s biggest export ever! When the Musical “Mamma Mia” hit the American Stages in 2000 it became an instant classic and the ABBA tribute was born.

In the summer of 2019, Rivertown Theatre in Kenner, LA mounted a production of the beloved musical “Mamma Mia.” Three local actresses who had never shared the stage were cast as lifelong friends who love to sing together. Throughout the course of the show, Trina Beck, Lisa Picone Love, and Ashley Lemmler found that the roles were a natural fit! A wonderful musical friendship formed through the love of performing the time-honored classics of the Swedish super-group, ABBA. When the show was over, Trina, Lisa, and Ashley weren’t ready to say goodbye to the close-knit harmonies, the disco grooves, or the laughs they enjoyed so much while portraying “Donna and the Dynamos” in the musical, so with the addition of pianist and all-around talented guy, Jonathan Drury, “Dinah and the Dominoes” were born. Together they continue to find opportunities to perform while adding their personal comedic touch to the music of ABBA.

She has performed leading and featured roles with Tulane Summer Lyric Theatre, Le Petit Theatre, BB's Stage Door Canteen at the National WWII Museum, Rivertown Theatre, the NOLA Project, and the Shakespeare Festival at Tulane, among others. She is delighted to perform once again with her all-time favorite dressing roommates and the cutest piano player she's ever seen.

J.S. Drury (piano + hum-azoo) A native of Greater New Orleans, Jonathan started piano lessons in the 1980s; and continues to explore the instrument with eclectic wonder. In NYC he studied beside German-born Canadian-bred jazz doctor Johannes Wallmann, and shared his music appreciation at Learning Spring School for children on the autism spectrum. In addition to being a Domino, he performs with the Big Easy Boys, & Natural Light All Stars. For Chuquitita, with love.
