Missy Avery
Mona/Ensemble

Missy Avery (Mona/Ensemble) is jazzed to return to the Cutting Edge Center for the Arts stage for a fifth time, portraying Merry Murderess, Mona, in this inspired production of Chicago! Missy is excited to Fosse alongside so many old friends and new faces in this wildly talented cast and crew. Cheers to CECA, Brian Fontenot, Daniel Mack, Aaron Turnipseed, and Jessica Guastella for the opportunity to razzle dazzle ‘em! Missy sends love to her mom, dad, and brother for their support and sitting through all those dance recitals, and to family and friends for supporting the arts! The biggest love and gratitude go out to her husband and son for holding it down at home and always believing! At CECA in Slidell, LA, Missy has appeared in Annie (Boylan Sister/Ensemble), Pouf! (Mary Collins), and The Rocky Horror Show twice (Phantom). Additional credits include The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (Taddy Jo) and Cabaret (Rosie) at 30 by Ninety in Mandeville, LA.
