Patrick Heim is a Slidell entrepreneur, community leader, and passionate advocate for Olde Towne. As the owner of several local businesses—including Brass Monkey, Olde Towne Pizza Company, Whiskey & Ashe, Luna Tequila, and The Rodeo—Patrick has dedicated his career to creating gathering places that bring people together while helping drive the continued growth of the city he loves.

Beyond business, Patrick has spent years volunteering and leading community initiatives. He has served as President of the Slidell High School Football Booster Club and continues to play an active role with the Olde Towne Merchants Association, helping organize many of the area’s signature events, including the Olde Towne St. Patrick’s Day Parade and the Olde Towne Crawfish Music Festival.

Patrick is also the creator of King Cake Mafia, a social media brand that celebrates Louisiana’s king cake culture with humor, reviews, and community engagement, earning a loyal following throughout the Gulf South.

Whether he’s opening a new business, organizing a festival, or promoting local traditions, Patrick’s mission remains the same: to make Slidell a place where people want to visit, celebrate, and call home.
