The Grinch

Gunner Batiste (The Grinch) is 11 years old. He attends Bayou Lacombe Middle School and will be starting 6th grade this year. This is his first production with Cutting Edge Theater, and he’s excited to step on stage and try something new. While this is his first theater production, he did have the opportunity to appear in a commercial when he was younger, which sparked his interest in performing. His favorite subject in school is Science because he loves doing experiments and learning how things work. When he grows up, he hopes to become an Anesthesiologist so he can help people. When he’s not at school, you can usually find him playing on his Oculus with his twin brother, Ryder, or spending time drawing, which is his favorite hobby. He also loves eating macaroni and cheese, his favorite color is yellow, and if he could have any superpower, it would be the ability to make any wish he thinks of come true. He’s excited to be part of the Cutting Edge Theater family and can’t wait to perform for everyone!
