Shirley Q Liquor
Shirley Q is a 9-year-old Labrador Retriever mix who was truly an orphan before being adopted in January 2020 from Coco’s Heart Rescue. True to her Lab roots, she loves playing fetch and has an uncanny ability to sniff out a ball anywhere. She adores all humans—especially children—and rarely barks, making her a contender for the world’s worst guard dog. Shirley has excellent manners…at least when someone’s watching. When nobody is looking, she’s been known to counter surf, raid the pantry, and lend a paw with “taking out” the trash. Her favorite treats include Hawaiian rolls, Crumbl cookies, fish food, and parmesan crisps. Shirley Q is thrilled to make her stage debut in Annie, especially alongside her human “sissy,” Addison! She’s excited to work with the entire Annie cast and crew—just be sure to keep an eye on your snacks!
